Design Rationale:
Components are anatomically designed to replace the natural contours and thickness of the articular surfaces. Designed for use in osteoarthritic disease confined to one condyle

Indications:
For use in uni-compartmental knee replacement where only one side of the knee is affected. Revision of the Repicci II is generally a normal tri-compartmental knee. The Repicci II allows retention of anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments 

History:
Designed by John A. Repicci, D.D.S., M.D., Buffalo, New York. Design is based on the Marmor prosthesis, which has over twenty years of clinical history 

Distinguishing Features:                                                      
May be implanted with a minimally invasive technique. Patients may be dismissed from the hospital within 24 hours and recovery time is significantly shorter than that of tri-comparmental knee replacements
